Kona Ice of Lake Murray

We are looking for motivated and charismatic servers to join our local Krew. Servers must be at least 16 years old. This is a fast-paced and fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last. This server position is for the Kona Ice station inside Riverbanks Zoo.

Kona Ice Server Responsibilities:

Arrive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously

Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy

Take customer's orders, enter order information into the point-of-sale terminal and accurately process payments

Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines

Perform basic cleaning of trailer and surrounding area

Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking

Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation

Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff
